The Pachamama Shift Foundation is a community-rooted 501(c)(3) dedicated to reconnecting people with the wisdom of the land through culture, movement, and collective healing.
Founded by Anna Ortiz-Aragon — Sound Healer, DJ, Educator, Wellness Leader — we merge ancestral healing practices with modern tools for liberation, creativity, and sustainable living.
Through retreats, workshops, and educational programs, we help women, children, and families reconnect with nature, community, and themselves.
We believe:
When women heal, families thrive.
When families thrive, communities prosper.
When communities prosper — the Earth heals too.
From St. Louis to global retreats, we collaborate with healers, youth leaders, artists, and Indigenous educators to create a traveling classroom and global village for collective growth.
We teach families how to grow food, move their bodies, cook with the seasons, and live in rhythm with the land — creating healthier homes and communities.
We protect traditional knowledge, honor Indigenous wisdom, and promote eco-conscious living that heals both people and planet.
We offer accessible wellness experiences — music, dance, yoga, sound healing, and joyful gatherings — that strengthen mental health and cultural pride.
We cultivate confidence, leadership, and generational wellness through mentorship, storytelling, entrepreneurship support, and life-skills training.
We partner with organizations, healers, educators, and creators worldwide to share resources, expand access, and build a global movement rooted in connection and collective care.
