How We Empower the Next Generation

1. Youth DJ Academy 

Our immersive flagship training framework designed to introduce youth to the technical, historical, and performative sides of music production and DJ culture.

The Global Transcontinental Youth DJ Pilot (Launching Summer 2026) 

An intentional, high-impact 3-week summer sprint blending live international virtual instruction and hands-on studio learning right here in St. Louis.

• The Scale: Strictly limited to a tight-knit cohort of 10 students (ages 7–13).

• The Dual-Hour Setup:

  • Hour 1: Live, interactive masterclass with DJ AO focusing on listening-first, music history and song structure.

  • Hour 2: Hands-on tactical practicum in our St. Louis studio to master beatmatching, simple EQ swaps, and performance presence using compact, kid-friendly AlphaTheta FLX2 units.

• The Tools: Every student receives a custom-printed physical visual workbook to track their musical ideas offline, plus exclusive cohort gear.

• The Grand Finale: An August Open Decks Showcase at a public family park/block party where every student gets a 10-minute set to command the mic and spin live.

• Tuition: $150 Standard Entry | $250 Community Pay-It-Forward Ticket (fully subsidizes a scholarship slot for a student in need).

2. Tech Literacy & Music Incubator Workshops

Interactive mentorship frameworks focusing on the technical side of the industry. Youth dive into recording, producing, and audio engineering, learning how to manipulate sound, run live setups, and master standard digital audio workstations.

3. Localized Equily & Corporate Partnerships 

We collaborate with brand champions, investors, and local businesses to put physical gear directly into the hands of kids who need it most. Through our 501(c)(3) framework, partners can directly fund tech setups, sponsor student cohorts, and create pathways for our youth to perform at local culture festivals like Music at the Intersection.
